Classes
Drop in belly dance & yoga classes are an opportunity to move your body intuitively.
Belly dance classes are taught from a Transcultural Fusion perspective, which means our movements will be from cultures around the world and across time.
We play with movements from Middle Eastern, African, Indian, American, Latin, Queer, and even Internet cultures.
Yoga is taught from a combination of Tantra, Hatha, and Vinyasa perspectives.
